HOTEL ALT QUEBEC, Quebec City – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were cozy and had a luxurious feel, keeping me warm throughout the night. The service provided by the hotel employees was incredible; they anticipated my needs and made me feel welcome, even during late-night check-in. However, the location, a bit outside the main area of Old Quebec, meant it was not as touristy as I would have liked. The dining experience, though convenient, had a few shortcomings. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms had great bathrooms and all in-room conveniences, although I personally opted for the smaller room. They were sharp and stylish, though a bit brighter than I prefer. The service was exceptional, especially Catherine, with whom I had communication before my visit. The location, while beautiful, felt very touristy and not ideal for a more local living vibe. Dining options were convenient, and the food was well-prepared and timely. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to Quebec City attractions and shopping. The rooms are modern and well-equipped but tend to feel a bit cold due to the construction. The service is exceptional with friendly and helpful staff, offering various amenities. The dining options may not suit early risers, but the location is close to major highways and a shopping mall, making it convenient for guests.
